Job summary

Verix Pty Ltd, based in Campbellfield, VIC, is seeking experienced Machine Operators and Machine Operator Assistants for day shift on full‑time contracts. Forklift licensing and familiarity with industrial machinery are essential.

You will operate, monitor and troubleshoot modern production equipment, support changeovers and maintenance, and contribute to safety and quality improvements while working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a machine operator, production or similar manufacturing role.
• Ability to read and interpret simple technical manuals or instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to complete required training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial machinery to ensure efficient, high‑quality production.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on assigned machines.

• Follow all safety procedures and use PPE correctly at all times.

We’re now looking for experienced Machine Operators and Machine Operator Assistants to join our day shift team. Must have forklift license with some experience

The Opportunity

Support daily production operations on modern industrial machinery

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor industrial machinery to ensure efficient, high‑quality production

Perform basic/routine maintenance and troubleshooting on assigned machines

Assist with machine set‑up, adjustment, and changeovers as required

Follow all safety procedures and use PPE correctly at all times

Work closely with team members to identify and implement process improvements

Maintain accurate production records and documentation

Participate in training to build and maintain your technical skills

About You

We’re looking for people who can bring:

Experience in a machine operator, production, or similar manufacturing role

A sound understanding of industrial machinery operation and basic maintenance
