Job summary

Guest Motor Group in the UK is seeking an experienced HGV Technician to join our team. You will carry out routine inspections, maintenance, service and repairs on franchised and non-franchised marques, including trailers, and diagnose faults using the manufacturer’s computer systems.

Requirements include at least 3 years in a similar role, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, and an HGV licence is desirable. We offer overtime, enhanced holiday entitlement, healthcare and cycle-to-work schemes, with a

• At least 3 years of experience within a similar role.
• Prerequisite NVQ Level 3 or similar is essential.
• HGV licence desired.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine inspections maintenance service and repairs on franchised and non-franchised marques including trailers to industry standard
• Carry out a wide range of defect repairs.
• Fault diagnosis and rectification using the manufacturer’s computer system and tooling.
• Complete job cards and service sheets using online systems correctly and in line with warranty protocol.
