You will work in a modern, well-equipped workshop with the latest diagnostic tools and manufacturer support, delivering high-quality service and maintaining safety standards while contributing to workshop efficiency.

Qualifications

• NVQ/C&G Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a Van Technician.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and diagnostic equipment.
• Previous main dealer experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair light commercial vehicles to manufacturer standards.
• Perform routine vehicle health checks and diagnostics.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality work and professional communication.
• Maintain safety and quality procedures at all times.

This is a full-time Van Technician position offering excellent earning potential and career progression within a well-established dealership. The Van Technician will be an integral part of a dedicated team, working in a modern, fully equipped workshop with advanced diagnostic tools and manufacturer support.

• Competitive basic salary of £33,600 with attractive bonus potential, OTE £52,800.
• Uncapped bonus scheme, with the average earning between £40,000 and £45,000, and top earners exceeding £58,000.
