We’re looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Permanent Full-Time LCV Technician, working 40 hours per week. If you’re passionate about vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair, this could be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities
  • Conducting routine maintenance, repairs, and MOT preparation for various vehicles.
  • Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults.
  • Managing work allocation, prioritisation, and team schedules.
  • Attending on-site breakdowns to provide efficient fault diagnosis and rectification.
  • Logging jobs and managing parts requirements using handheld devices.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies across operations.
  • Acting as a professional ambassador in all interactions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an LCV Technician.
  • NVQ Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Mechanics, Maintenance, and Repair.
  • Proven experience with diagnostic repairs and fault finding.
  • A full, clean driving licence.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • A solid understanding of health and safety practices.
