Job summary

CQ Property Solutions in Gladstone, Queensland seeks an experienced fencer/landscape construction worker to join our crew. This is not entry level; you will bring hands-on fencing, landscaping or construction experience and be capable on site without constant supervision.

You will read plans, follow job instructions, perform safety checks, complete project paperwork, and contribute to a range of residential, commercial and infrastructure projects, including security fencing, retaining walls,

Qualifications

• Previous fencing, landscaping or construction experience.
• Current White Card required.
• Manual driver's licence preferred.

EXPERIENCED FENCER / LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION WORKER WANTED

CQ Property Solutions is looking for an experienced, switched-on worker to join the crew. This is not an entry level labouring position. We're looking for someone with solid hands on experience in fencing, landscaping or construction who can come onto site, understand what needs to happen and produce quality work without needing to be constantly supervised.

Key responsibilities

Security, chain mesh, Colorbond and timber fencing

Retaining walls

Gates and gate installations

Structural landscaping

Excavation and site preparation

Work on residential, commercial and infrastructure projects

Read and follow job cards, plans and project instructions

Carry out work safely and follow required workplace health and safety procedures

Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation associated with each project

About you

Previous fencing, landscaping or construction experience

Current White Card

Manual driver's licence preferred

Confident using construction tools and equipment

Reliable, physically capable and willing to work

Able to think ahead and solve problems

Takes pride in producing clean, high-quality work

Works well as part of a crew and takes direction when required

Experience with machinery, concreting, welding, gates, retaining walls or security fencing is a big advantage
