CQ Property Solutions in Gladstone, Queensland seeks an experienced fencer/landscape construction worker to join our crew. This is not entry level; you will bring hands-on fencing, landscaping or construction experience and be capable on site without constant supervision.

You will read plans, follow job instructions, perform safety checks, complete project paperwork, and contribute to a range of residential, commercial and infrastructure projects, including security fencing, retaining walls,

Qualifications

• Previous fencing, landscaping or construction experience.
• Current White Card required.
• Manual driver's licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Security, chain mesh, Colorbond and timber fencing.
• Retaining walls.
• Gates and gate installations.
• Structural landscaping.
• Excavation and site preparation.
• Work on residential, commercial and infrastructure projects.
• Read and follow job cards, plans and project instructions.
• Carry out work safely and follow required workplace health and safety procedures.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation associated with each project.
