Kirinari Community Services Ltd. in NSW seeks experienced Disability Support Workers to join a customer-specific team providing high-level personal care, community access and complex supports.

You'll assist with daily living, outings, PEG feeding, and transfers, with comprehensive onboarding, buddy shifts and ongoing training. Permanent part-time and casual roles available in community settings, focusing on meaningful relationships.

Competenze

• Experience supporting people with complex disabilities or high support needs.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Driver Licence.
• Experience with personal care, PEG feeding, transfers or manual handling is highly regarded.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Commitment to customer-specific training and buddy shifts.

The Role

You'll support a customer to:
