Job summary

JSW Powersports is seeking a reliable, motivated Detailer to join our award-winning team on the Gold Coast. You will detail boats and Sea-Doo watercraft, ensure showroom presentation, and prepare products for delivery and photos.

Able to work independantly and as part of a team, you will maintain equipment and follow safety procedures while contributing to a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential.
• Punctual, reliable and able to work to deadlines.
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions and established processes.
• Current driver’s licence is required.
• Previous detailing or vehicle cleaning experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Detail and prepare boats, Sea-Doo watercraft, Can-Am vehicles and other powersports products.
• Wash, clean, polish and maintain vehicles and watercraft to a high standard.
• Prepare new and used products for customer delivery.
• Carry out interior and exterior cleaning and machine polishing as needed.
• Identify damage or defects and report them to the team.
• Maintain detailing equipment, products and work areas.
• Assist with photos, advertising and events preparation.
• Ensure customer deliveries are presented professionally and on time.
• Work closely with sales, service and workshop teams.

JSW Powersports is growing, and we're looking for a reliable, motivated and hardworking Detailer to join our award-winning team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of Australia's leading marine and powersports brands, including Sea-Doo, Can-Am, Malibu Boats, Axis Wake, Sea Fox, Cobalt, Fliteboard and SEABOB.

Key Responsibilities

• Detailing and preparing boats, Sea-Doo watercraft, Can-Am vehicles and other powersports products
• Washing, cleaning, polishing and maintaining vehicles and watercraft
• Preparing new and used products for customer delivery
• Carrying out interior and exterior cleaning to a high standard
• Machine polishing and paint correction where required
• Cleaning glass, vinyl, upholstery, plastics and other surfaces
• Maintaining showroom boats, watercraft and vehicles to presentation standards
• Assisting with the preparation of products for photos, advertising and events
• Ensuring customer deliveries are presented professionally and ready on time
• Identifying and reporting any damage, defects or items requiring attention
• Maintaining detailing equipment, products and work areas
• Following workplace health and safety procedures
• Working closely with the sales, service and workshop teams
• Assisting with general dealership duties when required

• Preparing vehicles or boats for customer delivery
• Working in a dealership environment

Training will be provided to the right person.
