Qualifications

• At least 2 years of dental assisting experience.

• Excellent communication and patient care.
• Experience using EXACT practice management software is advantageous.
• Exposure to orthodontics, implants, cosmetic or restorative dentistry is advantageous.

• Anticipating clinicians' needs and preparing for upcoming procedures.

About you

• At least 2 years of dental assisting experience, with the confidence to work independently and support clinicians across a variety of procedures
• Strong chairside skills and the ability to anticipate what's needed
• A sound understanding of sterilisation, infection control and clinical protocols
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, reassuring manner with patients
• Initiative, reliability and the ability to stay organised when things get busy
• A positive, adaptable attitude and a genuine team‑first mindset
• A willingness to learn, take responsibility and contribute to the ongoing success of the practice
• Certificate III in Dental Assisting (advantageous)
• Experience using EXACT practice management software (advantageous)
• Exposure to orthodontics, implants, cosmetic or restorative dentistry (advantageous)
