You will work closely with our dentists and oral health therapists to provide excellent patient care and ensure the smooth running of our practice.
Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting the dentist during clinical procedures
Preparing and setting up treatment rooms
Sterilisation and infection control
Cleaning and maintaining clinical areas
Taking care of patients and helping them feel comfortable
Preparing instruments and materials
Maintaining stock and general practice duties
Following workplace health and safety procedures
We are looking for someone who is:
Friendly, professional and approachable
Reliable and punctual
Willing to complete a Certificate III in Dental Assisting
A good communicator and team player
Caring and confident when dealing with patients
Organised and willing to learn
Able to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
Strong attention to detail and time management
Available to work alternating Saturdays
Experience is welcomed but not essential. If you are new to dental assisting, we are happy to provide full training and support to help you develop your skills and grow confidently into the role.
