Halls Creek Motel and Restaurant Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Cook for a full-time, permanent position in Halls Creek, WA. The role requires AQF certification and practical experience in multiple cuisines within a busy kitchen.

You will prepare meals per orders, monitor stock, follow set menus, and maintain high hygiene standards. The package includes a salary between AU$79,500 and AU$84,000 per year plus superannuation and applicable terms.

Qualifications

• AQF Certificate III with 2+ years on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV, or another acceptable trade qualification.
• At least 1 additional year of full-time or part-time relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in preparing a variety of cuisines and cooking techniques.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Full-time working rights.
