Job summary

Solidcast Pty Ltd in Wauchope, NSW, is expanding its factory team and seeks skilled concreters and formworkers for producing precast concrete panels and structural precast elements. Roles cover concrete placing, finishing, formwork, reading drawings, and on-site reinforcement installation.

Ideal candidates will have concrete or formwork experience, strong attention to detail, ability to read plans, and reliable attendance. Trade qualifications are advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Strong concreting and/or formwork experience.
• Good attention to detail and pride in the finished product.
• Ability to read plans and work accurately.
• Experience working independently as well as part of a production team.
• A strong understanding of workplace safety.
• Reliable attendance and a good work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Concrete placing, vibrating, screeding and finishing.
• Formwork and mould construction.
• Precast concrete manufacture.
• Reading drawings and setting out.
• Installing cast-in items, ferrules and reinforcement.
• General precast factory operations.
• Carpentry or formwork carpentry.
