Job summary

Australian Precast Panel Systems Pty Ltd in Tomago NSW is seeking motivated and experienced precast workers, steel fixers and concrete finishers to join our growing team. You will contribute to pouring, placing and finishing precast concrete elements and ensure quality workmanship.

Roles offer consistent Monday to Friday hours with early starts at 5:00am, minimal weekend work, and potential for ongoing long-term stability and a permanent position after a probationary period.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Reliability and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Commitment to working safely, accurately and efficiently.
• Dogman Ticket (highly regarded)
• Experience operating overhead cranes (highly regarded)

Responsibilities

• Concreting – pouring, placing and finishing precast concrete elements; experience with precast panels and chopper finishing is highly regarded.
• Steel fixing – tying and securing reinforcement mesh and rebar to specification.
• Formwork/carpentry – construction and assembly of precast formwork; carpentry and set-out experience preferred.
