Job summary

ADE Consulting Group in Brisbane, QLD is seeking a field and laboratory materials tester to perform nuclear density field testing and related laboratory analyses. You will calibrate equipment, adhere to AS and TMR standards, and ensure safety and QA compliance on diverse projects.

The role requires physical fitness, client liaison skills, and full Australian working rights. Open licences are advantageous, with additional qualifications in Laboratory Techniques and safety cards valued.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to perform labour-intensive tasks.
• Experience with insitu density testing to TMR/AS standards.
• Incumbent may hold relevant licences (QLD Radiation User Licence advantageous).
• Open/Full Australian working rights required.

Responsibilities

Job description

Join our growing QLD ADE team and play a key role in field and laboratory testing of soil, aggregate, and concrete

Role Requirements:

• Conduct nuclear density field testing.
• Perform laboratory testing of materials in line with AS1141, AS1289, AS1012, and TMR methods.
• Carry out equipment calibrations and checks.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and quality assurance standards.
• Must have Full Australian working rights

Qualifications:

• Queensland Radiation User Licence (highly advantageous)
• Open Driving Licence
• Experience with insitu density testing to TMR and AS standards (nuclear density and sand replacement methods)
• Level 1 earthworks supervision experience (advantageous)
• White Card
• MSL40122 - Cert IV in Laboatory Techniques (advantageous)
