Job summary

Gladstone Hotel is seeking an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team in a fast-paced, friendly environment. You will work under the Head Chef and contribute to a high standard of modern, quality dishes.

We require at least 3 years in a professional kitchen, the ability to work a 5-day week across a 7-day operation, and a minimum Cert IV qualification or equivalent. Strong presentation and food hygiene practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a professional environment.
• Able to work 5 days across a 7-day operation.
• Flexible and willing attitude, clear communication and customer service skills.
• Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation.
• Ability to manage your own sections and deliver high quality food.
• Food Hygiene compliance, knowledge and practices.
• Availability for rotating roster Mon to Sun.
• Job will require approx. 38 hrs per week.
