Job summary

NSBC Group is hiring Experienced Bus Drivers for School Services across Sydney with multiple depots. You will transport students safely and professionally on designated routes, with a focus on customer service and safety.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Requirements from ad: NSW MR Driver's Licence or higher
• NSW Bus Driver Authority Card
• Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• Minimum of 1 year bus/coach driving experience
• PR or Citizenship or valid Australian working rights
• Know their way around Sydney

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a bus on designated school routes.
• Conduct pre-start and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of students during transit.
• Maintain adherence to all road laws, company policies, and procedures.
• Communicate professionally with students, parents, schools, and colleagues.
• Report incidents, maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records as required.

The Opportunity

As an NSBC Group School Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, ensuring a comfortable and secure journey while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a bus on designated school routes.

Mandatory Requirements:

To be considered, applicants must hold:

A valid NSW MR Driver's Licence or higher.

An NSW Bus Driver Authority Card

A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)

Minimum of 1 year of bus or coach driving experience

Valid PR or Citizenship or have valid working rights for Australia

Know their way around Sydney
