NSBC Group in Sydney is hiring Bus & Coach Drivers across multiple depots with immediate start. You will support school services, charter operations, rail replacement, and events, earning above‑award wages with flexible rosters.

Qualifications

The Opportunity

As an NSBC Group Driver, you will play a vital role in safely connecting communities and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

No two days are the same, with opportunities to work across a variety of services including:

School charter and tour operations

Corporate and event transport

Sporting and community group travel

Rail replacement services (Planned and Unplanned)

Emergency transport operations

Weekend and special event work

Western Sydney Airport Transfers (From October 2026)

Mandatory Requirements:

To be considered, applicants must hold:

A valid NSW MR Driver's Licence or higher.

An NSW Bus Driver Authority Card

A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)

Minimum of 1 year of bus or coach driving experience

Valid PR or Citizenship or have valid working rights for Australia

Know their way around Sydney
