Dayboro Bakery is seeking an experienced Baker to join our Dayboro team. You will prepare, mix, knead, mould and bake bread, rolls and other bakery products in a busy retail setting

Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, knead, mould and bake bread, rolls and other bakery products.
• Follow recipes, production schedules and quality standards.
• Operate bakery equipment including ovens, mixers, proofers and dough machinery.
• Monitor dough quality, baking times and finished product presentation.
• Ensure all products are baked fresh and ready for daily customer demand.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised bakery work area.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures.
• Assist with stock rotation, ingredient preparation and minimising wastage.
• Work cooperatively with bakery and retail staff to support smooth store operations.
