Job summary

COLAS Australia is seeking an experienced Asphalt Labourer for our crew based in Hervey Bay, QLD. You will be involved in general labouring duties within the asphalt crew and may operate equipment such as steel roller, paver and skid steer if qualified.

The role requires willingness to travel with the crew, live away from home when required, and to work flexible hours, including night and weekend shifts. A strong commitment to safety is essential.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced AsphaltLabourer to join our crew based out of Hervey Bay, QLD.

To be successful in this role, the applicant will:

• Be competent in general labouring duties within an asphalt crew
• Preferable operating skills including steel roller, paver and skid steer
• Truck licence preferred but not essential
• Be able to travel with the crew and live away from home when required
• Be able to work flexible hours to meet operation requirements as well as work night and weekend shifts as and when required
• Have a commitment to workplace, health and safety
• Be self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic
• Have a valid Driver's licence
• Have a validWhite Card
