Job description

Experience & Partnerships Coordinator - Spaces x Get Parked, Brisbane

"We don't just manage spaces. We create the moments people remember."

About Us

Spaces x Get Parked simply connects people to useful spaces - car parks, storage, offices and short-term leasing. We're growing fast, and we've built our culture around one idea: most of our industry treats what we do as purely transactional. We don't want to be most of our industry.

About the Role

This is a brand-new role, built around a simple idea: a business earns the right to do something remarkable for someone by first nailing the basics. This role owns the "remarkable" part for us - client experiences, the logistics behind partner events, and our referral program - plus the systems and admin that turn good intentions into something that actually happens, every time (more on that below).

It's a genuinely new position, so there's real room to shape it as you go. It's also full-time, Monday to Friday, business hours - a genuine step up in structure and predictability if you're moving out of hospitality's nights, weekends and rotating rosters.

What You'll Do
  • Create memorable moments for the people who use our sites - a thoughtful gesture, a welcome pack, the right thing said at the right time.
  • Run client-facing activations and experiences yourself, independently.
  • Organise the logistics behind partner events (corporate boxes, partner lunches) - our Business Development team hosts, you make sure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
  • Own our referral program end to end: tracking, rewards, follow-up, reporting.
  • Build the systems, checklists and CRM tracking that turn good ideas into a repeatable rhythm, not one-off gestures.
Worth Knowing: There's a Real Admin Backbone Here

This isn't a pure events or hospitality role. Especially in your first several months, more of your week will go into building and running the systems behind the experience - CRM tracking, calendars, supplier coordination, reporting - than into the events and activations side itself. That balance shifts as the systems mature and start running with less manual effort. The admin isn't a lesser part of the job; it's what makes this a genuine full-time role rather than a part-time events function, and it's how you'll spend a good chunk of your first few months specifically. If you want the fun stuff with none of the structure, this probably isn't for you. If you like building the structure that makes the fun stuff actually land - and you don't mind that being the bulk of the work at the start - it is.

What We're Looking For

Probably not someone from parking. You might come from hospitality, events, customer experience, marketing activations, sport/arts/not-for-profit partner servicing, or a polished corporate reception/EA background. If you're coming out of a hotel, restaurant or hospitality venue and specifically looking to trade nights, weekends and split shifts for stable, full-time business hours - without giving up varied, hands-on work - this role was built with you in mind. More than your industry, we're looking for someone who:

  • Notices things other people miss.
  • Is highly organised and genuinely good with people.
  • Is just as happy running the admin behind an event as hosting it.
  • Takes ownership without waiting to be told.
What's In It For You
  • $60,000 – $70,000 + super + team bonus, negotiated based on experience
  • Monday to Friday, business hours - real structure and predictability
  • A genuinely new role you can shape - a path to Experience & Partnerships Manager as it grows
  • A close-knit, fast-growing team where your work is visible and actually valued
