Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Expeditor / Logistics professional for a major power station project in Queensland. You will coordinate materials, equipment and supplier deliverables to support construction work, working closely with procurement, engineering, and site teams to prevent delays and ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates will have a background in expediting, logistics coordination and supplier performance management on large projects, with strong communication and ERP/MS

Qualifications

• Experience in Expeditor/Logistics roles on major construction or energy projects.
• Strong procurement, supply chain and materials management knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Expedite supplier and vendor deliverables to ensure materials and equipment are delivered on time.
• Coordinate and expedite delivery of materials, equipment, and supplier deliverables to align with project schedules.
• Monitor and track purchase orders, fabrication status, and shipment schedules.
