Job summary

Coral Expeditions, part of the NRMA Group, seeks an experienced Expedition Operations Manager to lead shoreside operations across the fleet, ensuring safety, consistency and exceptional guest experiences.

You will develop workforce capability, drive continuous improvement, and support budgeting and forecasting while managing a dispersed, skilled team including expedition leaders and crew.

Qualifications

• Min 10+ years in tourism, expedition cruising, hospitality or related operational field.
• Experience leading 15+ employees across multiple locations.
• Proven ability to develop people and high-performance cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead expedition operations across the fleet to ensure safe, high‑quality guest experiences.
• Develop and maintain operational standards, procedures and service frameworks.
• Oversee workforce planning, rostering and recruitment across locations.
