Job summary

Bosta is seeking a Location Expansion Lead to drive growth across Australia. You will identify new branches and hubs, conduct market feasibility studies, and manage end-to-end expansion from planning through opening.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with Operations, Facilities, Finance, HR and Procurement, negotiating leases, monitoring budgets and timelines, and liaising with contractors and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in expansion, project management, facilities, real estate, or related field.
• Experience in logistics, retail, or multi-site operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and feasibility studies, including competitor analysis, demographics, and site potential
• Coordinate site visits, surveys, and assessments for prospective locations
• Negotiate lease terms and agreements with landlords and property owners in coordination with management and legal teams
• Manage the end-to-end expansion process, including planning, execution, and opening activities
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Facilities, Finance, HR, and Procurement to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and external stakeholders regarding fit-out, renovation, and setup activities

Job Responsibilities:
