Job summary

CCD is seeking a Production Assistant to join a tight-knit team and help manage multiple exhibition projects. You will work alongside Production Managers, learning production and project management, from briefs through to production, logistics, installation and onsite delivery.

With the right attitude and curiosity, there is potential for long-term career progression into Production Management, developing your skills in production and advancing within CCD.

Responsibilities

• Support four production managers across exhibition projects from quote to scheduling.
• Prepare and manage installation and handover documentation.
• Receive and package graphics, signage and content for stands to spec.
• Coordinate freight for client materials to and from events.
• Assist with packing and preparation for events and activations.
• Create menus and signage for hospitality activations.
• Coordinate with venues on permissions and approvals.
• Manage corporate cards/expenses and coding.
