Job summary

The National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) invites applications for a Project Manager to support delivery of construction projects across exhibitions, installations and infrastructure. You will coordinate consultants, manage budgets and schedules, and drive risk management and continuous improvement.

Candidates will hold a relevant tertiary qualification in project management, building or related field with at least 3 years of construction project management experience.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in project management, building or related field.
• Minimum 3 years industry experience in construction project management or similar.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and risk.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, budgets and resourcing.
• Lead day-to-day project delivery, monitor progress and coordinate site activities.
• Oversee financial management including budgeting, forecasting, procurement and reporting.
• Develop and mentor staff to build capability and ensure compliance with OHS requirements.
