Job summary

Kieser Australia is seeking an Exercise Scientist to design and supervise 1:1 training programs, applying biomechanics and physiology to optimize client outcomes. You will educate clients on strength training for prevention and long-term health, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Lead 1:1 training and supervise client movement.
• Apply biomechanics, physiology and psychology to exercise plans.
• Provide evidence-based health and fitness guidance.
• Develop tailored exercise prescriptions for recovery and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1:1 training and movement analysis to achieve client goals.
• Apply biomechanics and physiology to create evidence-based programs.
• Educate clients on health benefits and proper exercise execution.
• Develop tailored exercise prescriptions for recovery, prevention and performance.
• Collaborate with Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists to support outcomes.
• Track progress and adjust plans for new and long-term clients.
• Provide high-quality, client-focused service and admin support.
