Kieser Australia is seeking an Exercise Scientist in Ballarat, Victoria to design and supervise client training programs, conduct movement analysis and deliver science-backed guidance for health, fitness, and performance. You will work in a multidisciplinary clinic with Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists to drive outcomes.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, client education and tailored exercise prescription, with opportunities for professional development and career

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Exercise/Sports Science or currently undertaking 3rd year Physiotherapy with core units completed
• First Aid & CPR certification and clear screening checks are required

Responsabilités

• Lead 1:1 training, run strength assessments and analyse movement to help clients reach goals.
• Apply biomechanics, physiology, sports psychology, and motor control principles to create evidence-based solutions.
• Provide practical, science-backed advice on health, fitness and performance.
• Develop and implement tailored exercise prescriptions to support recovery, prevention and peak performance.
• Collaborate with Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists to deliver health outcomes.
• Establish, track and reassess progress for new and long-term clients.
• Guide clients to hit fitness targets and recover from injuries.
• Complete essential admin tasks to support seamless client care.
