Job summary

Sydney Sports Physio and Rehab – Norwest NSW is seeking an enthusiastic Exercise Physiologist (AEP) to join our private clinic. You will work across a varied caseload including NDIS, athletes and WorkCover/CTP clients, providing hydrotherapy, gym-based rehab and comprehensive assessments in a supportive, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Exercise Physiology or equivalent.
• Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with ESSA.
• Current professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
• Working With Children Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check as applicable.
• Current First Aid and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Exercise Physiology and hydrotherapy assessments.
• Develop and deliver individualised exercise and rehabilitation programs.
• Deliver hydrotherapy and aquatic exercise programs.
• Provide gym-based rehabilitation and exercise prescription.
• Monitor and document client progress.
• Communicate effectively with GPs, specialists, physiotherapists, allied health professionals, support coordinators and insurers.
• Prepare professional clinical reports and progress updates.
• Support clients to achieve their functional, health and lifestyle goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in case conferencing and multidisciplinary care.
