Job summary

Optimum Health Solutions’ Batemans Bay clinic is seeking an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to manage a varied caseload across musculoskeletal rehabilitation and NDIS disability supports, with input into direction you specialise.

Your caseload is built around your interests, combining clinical rehab and disability-focused work, with opportunities to learn from a multidisciplinary team and progress into senior clinical or leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) status with ESSA is required.
• Minimum 2 years' NDIS experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and with multidisciplinary teams.
• Current driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored exercise programs.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve health, function and independence.
• Support clients to achieve meaningful physical, social and lifestyle goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinicians to maximise client outcomes.
• Maintain clinical documentation and reporting requirements.
