Optimum Health Solutions in Nowra on the South Coast is seeking an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) to join our multidisciplinary team. You will manage a varied caseload across musculoskeletal rehabilitation and NDIS disability supports, shaping your own area of specialisation.

Formación

• Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with ESSA
• Minimum 2 years of NDIS experience
• Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored exercise programs
• Deliver evidence-based interventions that improve health, function and independence
• Support clients to achieve meaningful physical, social and lifestyle goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinicians to maximise client outcomes
• Maintain clinical documentation and reporting requirements
