Job summary

BlueCare Maryborough is seeking an Exercise Physiologist to join our allied health team. You will provide clinical assessments, contribute to group programs, and support ongoing care in the Maryborough clinic.

Under the guidance of an Exercise Physiology Lead & Clinical Coordinators, you will mentor graduates and clinicians with 3+ years' experience, participate in multidisciplinary meetings, and contribute to education and student supervision.

Qualifications

• Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology with ESSA accreditation.
• Strong assessment, treatment and communication skills.
• Experience or interest in aged care and chronic disease management.
• Ability to run group exercise classes and manage time effectively.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence with vehicle (essential).

Role Requirements

• Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology + ESSA Accreditation - Essential
• Strong assessment, treatment and communication skills
• Experience or interest in aged care and chronic disease management
• Ability to run group exercise classes
• Effective time‑management and accurate documentation skills
• Confidence using smart devices (or willingness to learn)
• Current Australian Driver's Licence & roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle to use for work - Essential

• Skills in hydrotherapy, Pilates or Tai Chi
