UnitingCare Children, Young People and Families – Maroochydore QLD is seeking an Exercise Physiologist to join BlueCare on the Sunshine Coast. You will deliver centre-based and home‑visit programs, focusing on mobility, independence and wellbeing, with mentorship and flexible hours.

You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team and manage your own caseload, supported by an induction program and clinical coordinators.

Qualificações

• Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology + ESSA Accreditation—Essential
• Strong assessment, treatment and communication skills
• Experience or interest in aged care and chronic disease management
• Ability to run group exercise classes
• Effective time‑management and accurate documentation skills
• Confidence using smart devices or willingness to learn
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and vehicle for work (essential)

Responsabilidades

• Work across centre‑based and home‑visit services to tailor programs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Physios, OTs and Dietitians
• Manage your own caseload with realistic productivity expectations
• Contribute to group programs and community activities
• Participate in team meetings, education and student supervision

Join BlueCare as anExercise Physiologistand support clients to improve mobility, independence and wellbeing. You’ll work across centre‑based and home‑visit services, tailoring programs that make a genuine difference in daily life.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Physios, OTs, Dietitians, Social Workers, Podiatrists and Allied Health Assistants—all while having the autonomy to manage your own caseload with realistic productivity expectations.

Role Requirements
