Job summary

BlueCare Sunshine Coast is seeking an Exercise Physiologist to support clients across centre-based and home-visit services. You will tailor programs to improve mobility, independence and wellbeing while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and allied health staff.

You will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload with realistic productivity expectations, plus mentoring and support from senior staff.

Qualifications

• Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology with ESSA accreditation.
• Strong assessment, treatment and communication skills.
• Experience or interest in aged care and chronic disease management.
• Ability to run group exercise classes and manage caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Tailor programs for centre-based and home-visit clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including Physios, OTs, Dietitians, Social Workers, Podiatrists and Allied Health Assistants.
• Lead or co-lead group exercise classes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support client care.
