BlueCare, part of UnitingCare Queensland, is recruiting an Exercise Physiologist to support mobility, independence and wellbeing across the Sunshine Coast. You will deliver centre-based and home-visit services, tailoring programs, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including Physios, OTs, Dietitians and more.

You will manage your own caseload with mentoring from leads, and enjoy flexible hours, a strong induction, and opportunities to grow community and private services.

• Experience or interest in aged care and chronic disease management.
• Ability to run group exercise classes and manage caseloads.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Physios, OTs, Dietitians, Social Workers, Podiatrists and Allied Health Assistants—all while having the autonomy to manage your own caseload with realistic productivity expectations.

Role Requirements

• Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology + ESSA Accreditation- Essential
• Strong assessment, treatment and communication skills
• Experience or interest in aged care and chronic disease management
• Ability to run group exercise classes
• Effective time‑management and accurate documentation skills
• Confidence using smart devices (or willingness to learn)
• Current Australian Driver's Licence & roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle to use for work -Essential
• Alignment with BlueCare values and practice standardsSkills in hydrotherapy, Pilates or Tai Chi
