Job summary

MPOT Pty Ltd is seeking an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join a growing multidisciplinary team. You will work with clients across musculoskeletal, neurological, chronic disease, workplace rehabilitation and disability services in clinic, community and home-based settings.

You will manage a varied caseload, collaborating with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Speech Pathologists to achieve meaningful outcomes and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology.
• Current ESSA accreditation (AEP).
• Experience in chronic disease, musculoskeletal and neurological rehab.
• Strong case management, reporting and clinical reasoning.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
• Working with children clearance and safety checks.
• Experience in insurance or compensable schemes (RTWSA/NDIS/CTP).
• Interest in neurological and/or complex musculoskeletal rehab.
• Experience in multidisciplinary or community healthcare settings.
• Proficiency in report writing and clinical software.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based exercise interventions.
• Manage complex and chronic conditions, focusing on musculoskeletal and neurological rehab.
• Provide case management including treatment planning, reporting and outcome tracking.
• Liaise with referrers, GPs, insurers, support coordinators, families and allied health colleagues.
• Contribute to team development, quality improvement and client-centred care.

About the Role

MPOT is seeking an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse client base across musculoskeletal, neurological, chronic disease, workplace rehabilitation and disability services, delivering care in clinic, community and home-based settings.

You will manage a varied caseload, working alongside experienced Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Speech Pathologists to achieve meaningful outcomes for clients. With access to purpose-built rehabilitation facilities, ongoing mentoring and opportunities to develop specialist clinical skills, this role is ideal for an Exercise Physiologist looking to build a rewarding and varied career.

Key Responsibilities
