Job summary

QLeave invites a Director Technology and Data to join the Executive Leadership Team in Brisbane's north. You will lead technology, innovation and data functions, providing strategic oversight of digital services, information management, cyber security, analytics and data governance, reporting to the Executive Director Digital Insight and Assurance.

You will collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for innovation, strengthen digital capability, and ensure investments deliver

Qualifications

Experience leading IT, Innovation, and Data & Analytics functions.
Strong influencing, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong analytical skills with planning and prioritisation.
Experience in business process change and technology implementation.
Ability to mentor multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Lead digital and data strategy aligning with priorities.
Provide strategic leadership across IT Innovation and Data & Analytics teams.
Partner with business leaders to deliver technology solutions and strengthen data capability.
Oversee information management, cyber security, governance and digital transformation initiatives.
Influence organisational strategy through stakeholder engagement and manage strategic projects.
