Qualifikationen

• 3–6 years' experience in a senior executive support or similar role.
• Experience supporting senior leaders or professional services teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

• Provide high level executive and administrative support to senior leaders.
• Coordinate complex diaries and travel arrangements.
• Manage executive inboxes, prioritising communications and key actions.
• Prepare agendas, board quality reports, minutes and leadership documentation.
• Maintain and publish information through Microsoft Teams and SharePoint platforms.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, conferences and key organisational events.
• Support governance, compliance, risk management and reporting activities.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and smarter ways of working.
