Job summary

Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School Matraville is seeking an Executive Release Teacher (0.4 FTE) to inspire students through engaging, Catholic-based teaching. The role requires a tertiary education qualification and NESA accreditation, with emphasis on curriculum development and inclusive practice.

The position is part-time (0.4 FTE), temporary, and begins 28 January 2027. WWCC is required; eligibility for Religious Education qualifications is encouraged. Applications close 1 October 2026.

About Our School

Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School Matraville is an exciting, new state-of-the-art, two stream Catholic Primary School, established in 2023. This name celebrates the founding religious order for our primary school, the Daughters of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart.

• a tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation
