Job summary

Korn Ferry RPO, in partnership with RELX, is seeking an executive search professional to lead senior leadership appointments across Australia and APAC. You will manage a focused portfolio, deliver market mapping, talent engagement, and provide market intelligence to support critical hiring decisions.

You will engage credibly with senior leaders and candidates, leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance search outcomes in a hybrid Sydney-based role.

• Strong capability influencing and partnering with senior leaders and executives.
• Proven track record recruiting Director and executive-level talent across corporate functions.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across Australia and APAC, you'll lead high-impact leadership appointments while providing market insights, talent intelligence and strategic search expertise to support critical hiring decisions.

About the Role

As a trusted advisor, you'll manage a focused portfolio of executive hiring assignments across a diverse range of corporate and commercial functions. Leveraging your executive search expertise, you'll deliver consultative search strategies, market mapping and talent engagement initiatives to identify and attract exceptional leadership talent.

You'll bring executive presence, strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage credibly with senior leaders and executive-level candidates across competitive talent markets.

• Exceptional sourcing, market mapping and talent intelligence capability


• Experience recruiting across regional or APAC markets will be highly regarded
