Job summary

McMahon Services is seeking an accomplished Project Director to provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of complex multidisciplinary turnkey projects.

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll lead Project Managers, Site Managers and Engineering teams while driving commercial performance, strengthening client relationships and contributing to the ongoing growth of the Engineering & Projects Customer Stream.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years' experience delivering major engineering or construction projects.
• Strong commercial, contractual and financial management capability.
• Demonstrated leadership across multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of multiple major engineering and construction projects.
• Drive commercial performance, forecasting and project profitability.
• Build and strengthen long-term client and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead, mentor and develop Project Managers and project delivery teams.
• Support business development, strategic planning and future tender opportunities.
• Provide technical, commercial and operational leadership across the project portfolio.
