Laing O’Rourke Australia is seeking an Executive or Personal Assistant to support a senior manager on the AUKUS program. You will manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and prepare reports to support strategic decisions.
The role requires discretion, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced construction environment. Australian citizens with NV1 security clearance or ability to obtain are preferred.
