The role includes diary/travel/meeting coordination, event support, and development of resources for faith formation and mission identity.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative, digital and project support across the Office of the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Catholic Mission).
• Coordinate the Deputy Vice Chancellor's diary, travel and meetings, including event support.
• Support finance and procurement processes and stakeholder communications.
• Develop digital and print resources that support faith formation and the Catholic intellectual tradition.
