Australian Catholic University (ACU) is seeking an Executive Officer for the Portfolio of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Catholic Mission) at the North Sydney campus. The role provides high-level administrative, digital and project support across the Office and supports the Identity and Mission Directorate, with duties including diary management, travel, meetings and event coordination.

The position is a full-time, fixed-term role until September 2027 with hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications

• High-level administrative support experience.
• Experience with digital and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative, digital and project support across the Office of the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Catholic Mission).
• Coordinate the Deputy Vice Chancellor’s diary, travel and meetings.
• Undertake event coordination, finance and procurement processes, stakeholder communications, and development of digital/print resources.
