Oversee budgets and forecasting with the Treasurer, and grow sponsorship, partnership and conference income
Attract new members, re-engage lapsed members and grow student and early-career membership

Position GSA's conference and events as income generators and member-growth drivers
Lead the GSA team and coordinate volunteers, committees and working groups
A tertiary degree in a relevant field such as business, management, science or communications
At least three years in a senior role such as executive officer, CEO or general manager, ideally in a membership organisation or not-for-profit
Experience working with a board, including reports and governance support
Sound financial management: budgets, forecasting and reporting
Excellent communication and stakeholder skills, and the drive to thrive in a part-time, largely remote role
