Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced leader to drive the integrated change and capability program across Group Audit and Assurance. You will design practical strategies, assess readiness, manage risks, and collaborate with senior leaders to enhance decision-making and adoption of AI and digital capabilities.

In this role you will oversee planning through execution, build stakeholder engagement plans and embed lasting change that delivers measurable outcomes across leadership and operations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading organisational change or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong capability across change strategy, impact assessment, readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication and adoption.
• Experience delivering technology, digital, AI, automation or new ways of working initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, build alignment and constructively challenge established approaches.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, coaching and partnering skills.
• Sound program and project management capability from planning through to implementation and embedding.
• Judgement and adaptability to establish structure and momentum in a lean, evolving environment.
• Collaborative and curious approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and sustainable outcomes.
• Experience in financial services, risk, assurance or audit would be valuable but is not essential.
• Exposure to AI, data or digital capability uplift would be highly regarded.
