Job summary

University of Melbourne through Asialink invites an experienced senior leader to direct education partnerships and DFAT-funded programs across Australia and Southeast Asia. You will shape strategy, oversee BRIDGE delivery, and lead cross-organisational teams to deliver measurable intercultural impact.

You will manage budgets, monitor performance, and cultivate relationships with DFAT and partner governments, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Hold postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent leadership experience.
• Experience leading complex education or multi-country programs.
• Knowledge of Asia-Pacific education systems and DFAT objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design and growth of Asialink’s education portfolio.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of BRIDGE school partnership programs.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with DFAT and education partners.
