Job summary

Bond University is seeking a Partnership Manager for the Executive Learning Unit to build strategic partnerships and deliver tailored executive learning solutions across Australia and internationally.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities, leading proposals and tenders, and managing client relationships from engagement to contract, driving growth in government, corporate, and not-for-profit sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven business development and sales track record across government and corporate markets.
• Experience identifying opportunities, developing and winning complex proposals and tenders.
• Strong negotiation, CRM, and pipeline management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship abilities.
• Experience in higher education or executive learning is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Generate and pursue new business opportunities in executive learning.
• Manage opportunities through the sales and BD cycle.
• Lead government tenders, RFIs, EOIs and corporate proposals.
• Develop tailored executive learning solutions and connect clients with academic expertise.
• Negotiate commercial and partnership arrangements and manage CRM and pipeline.
• Drive revenue, reach, and reputation for Executive Learning.
