Australian Capital Territory Government seeks an experienced executive to fill the role of Executive Group Manager, Public Sector Policy and Integrity Group on a long-term contract basis. The role leads policy reform, workforce strategy and integrity initiatives across the ACT public sector.

The position reports to the Deputy Director-General, Office of Industrial Relations and Workforce Strategy, and requires high-level judgement and discretion in dealing with sensitive matters and stakeholders

Qualificações

• A strong background in industrial relations or employment law is highly desirable.
• Proven experience leading executive-level teams in the public sector.
• Ability to navigate complex legislation and policy reform agendas.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive leadership to strengthen integrity, transparency and accountability across the public sector.
• Drive workforce strategy and public sector management programs.
• Lead policy ownership of acts including the Public Sector Management Act and Public Interest Disclosure Act.
• Deliver workforce reporting and analysis (e.g., ACTPS Survey, State of the Service).
