Job summary

ACT Government is seeking an Executive Group Manager in Canberra to lead the Wellbeing, Governance and Policy Capability within the Policy and Cabinet Division. You will drive strategic policy development, manage a diverse workload and work closely with Ministers’ offices, executives and stakeholders.

The role requires outstanding leadership, strategic thinking and stakeholders engagement. A long-term, performance-based contract for up to five years is offered, with a remuneration package of AUD

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in policy leadership and delivery.
• Ability to manage complex policy initiatives across divisions.
• Strong relationship management with Ministers’ offices and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Wellbeing branch and Cabinet, Assembly and Government Business Branch.
• Identify and develop stakeholders on key policy and governance issues.
• Collaborate with strategic policy teams and other executives to deliver policy outcomes.
