Working with the CEO, you will turn strategy into action, oversee operations, marketing, fundraising and financial performance, and build capability for sustainable success across the organisation.

You will drive cross-functional initiatives, establish KPIs and advance governance and risk management to amplify impact and ensure long-term resilience.
